Website & Platform Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or uploading data, you accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organisation you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for security, non-payment or breach.

You retain all rights to data you upload.

You grant BoltScope a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and—where you select—publish hashed, verified ESG data on a public blockchain.

You warrant you have the right to upload the data and that it is accurate, lawful and non-infringing.

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• reverse-engineer or scrape the platform;
• upload malware or unlawful content;
• use the service to violate sanctions, export controls or anti-bribery laws.

The core beta is free. Paid plans and transaction fees will be introduced later with 30 days' notice.

All site/software code, design, trademarks and documentation remain BoltScope's property.

Certain functions invoke third-party chains, nodes or oracles. We are not responsible for their performance or security. Transactions recorded on-chain may be irreversible.

The platform is provided "as-is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, data accuracy).

To the extent permitted by law BoltScope's aggregate liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is capped at AUD 1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Either party may terminate at any time for convenience (30 days' notice) or immediately for material breach. Clauses 8–13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne. We may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use = acceptance.
